• Order will be processed once all the customization details including Pictures and messages, if any is provided by the customer.
• Once Order is processed , it will be dispatched within 3-4 working Days (KINDLY NOTE – Working days do not include Sunday and Public Holidays)
• After dispatch , delivery takes up-to 4-8 working days depending upon your Location ( NOTE – We dispatch orders from Alwar, Rajasthan)
• Since we use third Party delivery services like Shiprocket, Any delay from courier company’s side is not in our end. However , if your parcel gets delayed for some reason , feel free to get in touch with us. We would immediately raise the complaint to the concerned authority and provide you with best solution. (A little patience from your end would be highly acknowledged)
• Complete and Correct Shipping details are to be provided by the customer during Checkout . 
• If any mistake is made, please reach out to us on Whatsapp (+91 9057216683) with the correct details ASAP before it’s dispatched. If it is shipped with Incomplete / Incorrect address and gets returned to us, Customer is liable to pay both side shipping (Forward/Reverse) to re-ship the parcel with correct address. If customer refuses to pay the shipping fees , Kreative Crafts has right to Cancel the Order without issuing any Refund.
