• Kreative Crafts do not offer any return or exchange until and unless the product received is damaged or torn.
• In order to claim for return or exchange, you need to submit the parcel opening video at customer.kreativecrafts@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
• Rules to be followed for the video-   

1. It should be a 360-degree unboxing Video.
2. The shipping label should be clearly visible.
3. The video should be right from opening the parcel to checking the product without any cut, pause or interval
4. Video Should not be edited
5. The Faulty part should be clearly visible

KINDLY NOTE – Kreative Crafts has the right to ask for more verification proofs if the proof provided by you is incomplete or does not pass our verification test. The customer is required to submit the new set of proof within 12 hours, failing so would result in rejection. 

In case, your claim is approved, Kreative Crafts will arrange a pickup from your address. Make sure that the shipping label is intact and the parcel is properly packed with the correct item inside.

•  Once we receive your parcel, you can either opt for Exchange or Refund. 
• In case of an exchange, New Product will be shipped to the customer within 3-4 working days.
• In case of a Refund, the Amount will be credited to your Bank Account.
